Designer → Senior Designer (2011-2014)

• Designed and shipped print, web, and digital collateral for the largest pharmacy industry trade association — annual reports, conference identities, member campaigns.
• Owned full-stack delivery on member-facing tools: Photoshop comps to live HTML/CSS in a single role, before "design engineer" was a job title.
• Built the foundational design language that NACDS still ships against today.

Director of UX (2015-2024)

• Leadership. Direct a 4-person design team shipping ~30 production projects per year — from one-page fliers to full CMS rebuilds — with mentorship-driven feedback loops and weekly critiques.
• Cross-functional. Partner with marketing, comms, government affairs, and IT to translate organizational goals into shippable work — owning intake, scoping, vendor management, and final QA.
• Brand management. Rebranded NACDS Foundations end-to-end — logo system, color hierarchy, typography pairings, responsive online style guide — shipped to production and adopted across every collateral surface.
• Content & strategy. Define content systems and editorial direction for nacds.org, the annual report, member-state sheets (51 jurisdictions), and the weekly state-board surveillance program.
• Vendor orchestration. Run vendor relationships across print production, web development, photography, and video — keeping projects on time, on budget, and on brand.

2024 - PRESENT

Chapter 2 · AI-Native Design Engineer at NACDS

• AI-native ops. Build and operate a fleet of internal AI-native tools using Claude Code as primary IDE collaborator: Command Center dashboard (Next.js + PM2), AI Policy site, Style Guide, weekly state-board surveillance pipeline (Go scraper + Python summarizer + email distribution).
• Design engineering. Ship full-stack systems solo — design tokens, components, and deploy pipelines authored in the same session as the visual decisions.
• Brand systems. Maintain the NACDS visual system as production code — color tokens, typography pairings, print masters, responsive style guide.
• Member-state operations. Designed and built the print-optimized state sheet program covering 51 jurisdictions, each with KPI dashboard, store map, and chain member list — generated from a single companies.json source of truth.
• Personal practice as fluency proof. In parallel, ship publicly: design system + 7-page strategy site (stratomation.reblis.com), full-stack watch database with daily IG/X automation (superspecs.watch), production trading dashboards (sd.reblis.com, stratomation.reblis.com), bilingual restaurant menu (dandre.hookup.design), subscription design agency (hookup.design), AI portrait commerce (facesofthe.com), confidence apparel brand (grantrule.com).
